Terms of Service

  • Package pricing includes the photography and measurement of properties, for spaces up to 5,000 square feet. For larger properties, an additional $75 will be applied, in 500 sq. ft. increments, and applied post-completion of the appointment.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the order/appointment request and any additional or incremental services, will be billed upon completion of snapd iGuide delivery, using the same method of payment provided during the original order.
  • Any incremental charges related to extra square feet (versus what was originally provided with order/appointment request) will be processed up to 45 days after the appointment.
  • Minimum order-to-visit time is 36 hours, subject to schedule availability.
  • Any cancellation or rescheduling requests placed one business day after 5pm prior to the appointment, will incur a $100 Cancellation Fee. To cancel a shoot on Monday, you must contact us before 5 pm on Friday to avoid the $100 fee.
  • Any changes to the date of an appointment after the order has been placed, will result in a $25 Rescheduling Fee.
  • If the photographer cannot start within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time and/or based on THEIR judgement, do not feel they can complete the appointment in the available time, a $100 Rescheduling Fee will be applied.
  • Any remaining balance after Cancellations, will be applied as a ‘credit’ towards future orders, in the form of a Promo Code.
  • We require a “full” next business day after the completed appointment, to complete and return the purchased materials.
  • Delayed Branding materials may delay the delivery of purchased materials.
  • Any changes requested after the delivery of snapd iGuide materials, will be subject to an Admin Fee of $25 per change request.
  • There will be an additional charge of $50 for Weekend Shoots, and Holiday Shoots may incur an incremental charge as well.
  • Extra charges will be applied for any return or repeat visits (i.e. Reshoots) and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Travel Charges will be applied to those appointments outside of our regular service areas and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • A Reactivation Fee of $25 will be applied for any request to ‘unlock’ an expired iGuide View.
  • Weather Policy: We do not take responsibility for the weather. The client has the option of rescheduling the appointment in the event of poor weather conditions, within the terms mentioned above, and/or schedule another appointment to capture exterior images at a cost of $50.
