Terms of Service

  • Package pricing is for the photography and measurement of properties with space of up to 5,000 sq. ft. For larger properties an additional $75 will be applied, in 500 square foot increments, and applied post-completion of the appointment.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the order / appointment request, additional or incremental services billed with completion of snapd iGuides delivery using the same payment method provided during the original order.
  • Any incremental charges related to extra square feet (versus what was provided with order / appointment request), travel expenses (determined on a case-by-case basis), etc. will be processed up to 45 days after the appointment.
  • Weekend and Holiday execution may incur an incremental $50 charge.
  • Minimum order-to-visit time is 36 hours, subject to schedule availability. A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to appointment cancellations made prior to the “end of business on the prior day.”
  • In the event that photographer cannot start within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time and/or based on THEIR judgement do not feel they can complete the appointment in the available time, a $100 re-scheduling fee will be applied.
  • Any remaining balance after cancellation / re-scheduling fees will be carried forward as a credit for a future orders, in the form of a digital gift card / promo code.
  • Any changes to an appointment, after order has been placed will result in a $25 re-scheduling / change fee. This includes any/all full refunds.
  • Any cancellation or rescheduling requests placed one business day after 5 pm prior to the appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee (to cancel a shoot on Monday please contact us before 5 pm on Friday to avoid the $100 fee).
  • We require a “full” next business day after the completed appointment to complete and return the purchased materials.
  • Any changes post the delivery of the snapd iGuides will be subject to an admins fee of $25 per occasion.
  • A $100 charge will be applied to any return or repeated visit (ex. re-shoots) or other related updates requested by the booking agent.
  • Delayed Branding materials may delay scheduling and delivery of purchased materials
  • Weather Policy: We do not take responsibility for the weather. The client has the option of rescheduling the appointment in the event of poor weather conditions within the terms above or having a second appointment by a photographer to capture exterior images at a cost of $50.
